Box Office
Open Tuesday to Friday 10am to 3pm and Saturday 10am to 12 noon for bookings by telephone or in person. In the evenings the box office will be open one hour before the performance and accepts most major credit and debit cards. There is a 50p charge per transaction (not ticket) for this facility. We are happy to post your tickets for a 50p handling fee. Cheques payable to The Merlin Theatre Trust Ltd. Tickets can be reserved and held for four working days or half an hour before the performance whichever is sooner.

Prices shown in brackets are available for senior citizens, all claimants, under 16s, students, and Mendip Leisure passport holders. Please bring proof of eligibility when collecting your tickets.

Groups
For every 10 tickets booked the 11th is free.

Tourist Information Centre
You can also buy tickets in person at Frome Tourist Information Centre.

Data Protection
When processing your booking, box office staff will ask for your name, address and telephone number. This information is required for administrative purposes and may be used to keep you informed of any
forthcoming events at the Merlin and at other venues. The Merlin Theatre is a registered charity and we occasionally contact our audience as part of fund-raising activities. Please let us know if you do not wish to receive any mailings.

Parking
The Merlin Theatre is situated off the Bath Road on the Bath side of town. There is plentiful free parking adjacent to the theatre, however, due to the success of the new all-weather pitch and the adult evening courses this is a busy campus and you may need to use the overflow car park at Frome Community College. Why not leave the car at home and stay for a post-show drink?
We will be happy to order taxis for you after the show.

Theatre Hire
Our newly refurbished auditorium and foyer are available for hire fully staffed, for meetings, rehearsals, performances, conferences, AGMs and classes. These can be arranged on a one-off or regular basis.
