Tickets may be collected from the box office. Alternatively tickets can be posted to you for a fee of £1.
Sorry, we are unable to reserve tickets.
The Merlin Theatre is unable to offer refunds for tickets. If an event is cancelled, we will contact you as soon as possible and refund you the full amount of the ticket price.
Concessionary rates are available for most shows. These apply for children, students in full time education and those claiming welfare benefits. Sorry, senior citizens are no longer automatically eligible for concessions.
For every 10 tickets booked get the 11th free, subject to availability.
When processing your booking we will ask for your name, address and telephone number. This information is required for administrative purposes and may be used to keep you informed of any forthcoming events at the Merlin and at other venues. The Merlin Theatre is a registered charity and we occasionally contact our audience as part of fund-raising activities. Please let us know if you do not wish to receive any mailings.

All companies visiting the Merlin can allow time on stage 20 minutes before the performance for visually impaired patrons to “walk” the set, talk to actors and touch costumes and props.
If you would like to take advantage of this facility please let us know 24 hours in advance so it can be built into the company’s schedule.
If you are a wheelchair user or have difficulty using stairs, please let us know when you book and we will reserve appropriate seating for you. We will also reserve a level parking space close to the entrance if you require.

The Merlin Theatre is situated just off Bath Rd heading out of Frome towards Bath on the campus of Frome College.
Free parking is available.
